I purchased Pro but my levels are still locked.

Open the app, go to the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same app store account used for the purchase.

Why do HSK 2-9 ask to download audio?

To keep the app small to install, HSK 1 audio ships inside the app and HSK 2-9 audio is downloaded once after purchase. After downloading, everything works fully offline.

Is the app really offline?

Yes. Internet is used only to process the purchase and to download the audio packs once. All learning works offline afterwards.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled by your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right.
